We’ll assist on how to Incorporate Sleep Screening into everyday patient care with validated screening tools like “The Epworth Sleepiness Scale or “The Stop-Bang Questionnaire” into routine patient evaluations from initial consultation and for your existing patients.

Gearing your practice to recognize patients with symptoms commonly associated with Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) and other sleep related breathing disorders.

Once recognized, your practice will order prescribed (Rx) at home sleep test (HST) or if you're a dental practice, simply refer your pt to our Medical Director, Board Certified Sleep Physician for an immediate, initial consultation (Remotely)

Patient gets scheduled to pick up sleep test equipment from your practice, physicians/dental office.

Patients get instructed on usage of equipment set-up at physicians/dental office by a registered Sleep Technologist who will assist the patient at appointment location. Set up is typically 15-30 minutes per pt. Patient takes equipment home and is returned the next day, or two (2) depending on type HST being ordered and performed.

Sleep Study gets interpreted by our Medical Board-Certified Sleep physician and then for your review.

Sleep Study gets billed by your physician/dental practice.

Follow-Up visit is then scheduled for the patient to return to your clinic to discuss results and possible treatment options accordingly. in example (i.e.) PAP Therapy/Oral appliance/Mandibular device dependent on severity of witnessed/diagnosed Apnea.
